In addition to the Great Pyramid of Giza, there are two other significant pyramids at the Giza complex – the Pyramid of Khafre and the Pyramid of Menkaure. These pyramids were built for the pharaohs Khafre and Menkaure, and are slightly smaller in size compared to the Great Pyramid. The three pyramids are aligned with great precision along the cardinal points of the compass, a remarkable feat considering the lack of modern technology at the time.
